Tess has 20+ years experience, across Australia and the UK working in leading agencies to help clients realise their customers’ potential. A believer in giving-back to the industry, Tess also spent 2 years as the Chair of the ADMA VIC Committee and 2 years on ADMA’s National Board.

Creative Director

A Trans-Tasman import from the ‘Land of the long white cloud’, Murray has been in the communications business for 20 years. His creative experience spans tourism, banking, alcohol, insurance and education, just to name a few.

A strategic problem-solver, Christine sees the world through the eyes of customers, and has helped leading global brands maximize their data asset to grow customer value.

Magdalena Kusyk

Managing Partner

Magdalena is a passionate leader with over 15 years experience in agencies and marketing organisations throughout Australia and Europe. Having managed multi-million dollar through-the-line global campaigns in B2B and B2C, she delivered some of the most effectiveness awarded digital and CRM campaigns. Magdalena understands how to balance short-term commercial goals to drive a return with long-term brand development. She inspires all to constantly evolve, maintain competitiveness and retain an innovative edge.

Rob Voase

Head of Data and CRM

Rob joined the team from the UK where he gained a wealth of experience in data driven marketing across brands such as Vodafone, Games Stores Group, Disney and Activision. Since arriving in Australia in 2014 Rob has applied this experience to new industries for clients including Westpac, McDonald’s, VW and Gumtree. Now managing a team of data-driven planners, Rob believes in the use of data-driven insight, technology and human understanding as the core to effective marketing that helps brands grow.

Craig Bailey

Creative Partner

With over 17 years experience ideating, strategising, designing, writing, building and managing agency creative and production team output, Craig has international recognition for connecting people with brands through the blending of award winning ideas and technology. Recently creating one of Australia’s most celebrated fitness platforms with traction across the globe he knows how to build relationships that foster effective one to one dialogue and communities that flourish.
