Tess has 20+ years experience, across Australia and the UK working in leading agencies to help clients realise their customers’ potential. A believer in giving-back to the industry, Tess also spent 2 years as the Chair of the ADMA VIC Committee and 2 years on ADMA’s National Board.

Murray Bransgrove

Creative Director

A Trans-Tasman import from the ‘Land of the long white cloud’, Murray has been in the communications business for 20 years. His creative experience spans tourism, banking, alcohol, insurance and education, just to name a few.

TRACK Sydney

Rob Limb

Rob has been leading TRACK, formerly known as RAPP, in New Zealand from 2007 and now heads up the Australia office, as part of the DDB Group. He runs both offices with great passion and success. He’s a tireless advocate for the power of customer intimacy and an active member of the Marketing Association.

Sakina Flory

Group business director

In her fifteen odd years in advertising, Sakina has traversed agency life in Singapore, Bangalore and Sydney, leaving a trail of happy clients and agencies in her wake. 

She helped Lowe Prague develop their first app as part of a global digital campaign for Unilever, and has managed accounts for financial giants including Standard Chartered, Citibank and American Express. This wealth of experience places her in prime position to be at the head of the Westpac team.

Louise Arnold

Group business director

Having worked across a number of industries throughout her career, customer service has always been at the heart. Louise brings a customer first approach to her strategic brand and integrated expertise.

  Drawing on international experience in the creative communications industry, Louise is a devoted relationship builder and team lead with an operational agility to ensure the customer is always the focus. She has developed her experience across a broad range of clients including:

National Australia Bank Group, International Paper, Northern Ireland Tourist Board, InBev UK (Tennent’s Lager), Land Securities (shopping centres), Scottish Widows, ANZ Institutional, Qantas, Masters Home Improvement, Lilydale, Audi Australia, BT  Wealth  Management, SocietyOne.

Thomasine Burnap

Planning Partner

Having worked within some of Sydney’s largest agencies, as well as global agencies in London and Asia, Thomasine’s truly diverse background brings a wealth of experience to the table.

Her ability to dissect and understand the business need and opportunity perfectly positions her to define and design brand platforms, consumer engagement and relationship initiatives.

This has been applied with great success to clients such as Westpac, RAMS, Meat & Livestock Australia, Goodman Fielder, P&O Cruises to name a few.

Jon Darren

Creative director

With over 17yrs of global advertising experience from London, to Sydney to New York, Jon has worked across all disciplines of the advertising industry.

His strong, strategic understanding of audience and customer behaviours is extremely valued in this industry, and he has applied his creativity and leadership skills to global campaigns for a wealth of clients including:

Chrysler. JEEP, Alfa Romeo, Volkswagen, Mitsubishi, Charles Schwab, American Express, Visa, Westpac, Verizon, Vodafone, T-Mobile, Telstra, Samsung, Gatorade, Coca Cola.

Jodie Woodford

Operations director

Jodie’s dedication and focus to project management and operations puts her at the heart of the team. Her attention to detail in all aspects of the business ensures every project stays on point, efficiently and productively.

While her career began as a graphic designer in London, her true calling lay in her passion of lists and spreadsheets. Jodie has applied this dedication across a wide range of clients including Telstra, Australian Red Cross, VW, McDonald’s and Westpac.
